About Chabad of Greater Linden
Inspired by the teachings and vision of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, and led by Rabbi Mendy and Zissel Gurary, Chabad of Greater Linden is a welcoming home for Jewish life, learning, and connection. We welcome every Jew, regardless of background, affiliation, or level of observance.
Through Torah classes, holiday celebrations, educational programs, and personal support, we help individuals and families connect with their Jewish heritage. We also offer home visits, especially for elderly and homebound community members, bringing companionship, Jewish connection, and the warmth of community to those who may be unable to join us in person.
Our mission is to share the warmth and joy of Judaism and build a caring Jewish community throughout the Greater Linden area.
Chabad of Greater Linden is independently funded. We raise all funds for our local programs through the generosity of individuals and families who believe in our mission. Your support makes our work possible and helps us reach more people throughout the community.
We are a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our Tax ID (EIN) is 39-3962151.
Whether you’re joining a class, celebrating a holiday, or looking for connection, we look forward to welcoming you!
